1. General
These terms apply to orders placed via dexterfineart.com, operated by Brandboard Global AB (reg. no. 559424-1019), Hamngatan 24, c/o CEHÅ Färgkopiering, SE-231 42 Trelleborg, Sweden ("Dexter Fine Art", "we", "us").
By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Orders and agreements
A binding agreement is formed when we send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline an order if a product is out of stock or in case of incorrect pricing.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT (25%) unless otherwise stated. For business invoice orders, prices are shown excluding VAT.
3.2 Payment methods
- Card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe
- Klarna
- Invoice (businesses only, 30 days net)
Payment is charged at the time of order for card and Klarna payments. Invoice payments are due within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payment interest applies according to Swedish law.
4. Delivery
4.1 Production time
Production normally takes 3–5 business days. Delivery time after production depends on the chosen shipping method and destination.
4.2 Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over SEK 1,500 (within Sweden)
- Shipping costs below SEK 1,500 are displayed at checkout
4.3 Pickup
Orders can be picked up at our studio in Malmö (Erik Dahlbergsgatan 24 B, 211 48 Malmö) by appointment.
4.4 Risk of goods
The risk of the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1 Private consumers
As a private consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), starting from the day you receive the goods.
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made to your specifications. Since all prints are produced to order using your own images, they are considered custom-made goods, and the right of withdrawal is therefore limited.

5.2 How to exercise your right
Contact us at contact@dexterfineart.com within 14 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason. We will advise on how to return the item.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Complaints and warranty
6.1 Consumer Purchase Act
Under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (2022:260), you have the right to file a complaint within three years of purchase if the product is defective.
6.2 What constitutes a defect?
A product is defective if it deviates from what was agreed, for example:
- Wrong size or paper
- Damage occurred during shipping
- Significant color deviations
Note: Minor variations in color reproduction between screen and print are normal for fine art prints and do not constitute grounds for a complaint.
6.3 How to file a complaint
Contact us at contact@dexterfineart.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible. We handle complaints promptly.
7. Product information
7.1 Image material
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the image material you upload for printing. We are not liable for any copyright infringement.
7.2 Image quality
We provide resolution recommendations in the configurator. We do not guarantee results if resolution requirements are not met.
7.3 Color reproduction
We strive for the highest possible quality with our Hahnemühle papers and Epson printers. Color reproduction may vary depending on monitor settings, paper choice, and the characteristics of the image.
8. Intellectual property
All content on dexterfineart.com (texts, images, logos, design) belongs to Brandboard Global AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Use without our written consent is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government decisions, or supply chain disruptions.
11. Dispute resolution
Swedish law applies. In case of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve the matter through dialogue. You always have the right to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN):
