For larger, textured, framed, glazed, fragile or reflective works, and for work that must be carried out on location. Complex rigging, specialist reflection control and stitching are assessed separately.

A3 is priced above A4. Dexter does not scan originals larger than A3. Larger, textured, framed, glazed, reflective or sensitive originals route to photographed art reproduction.

The setup fee remains for normal assignments of 1–9 works. No standard photography volume discount is offered.
All prices above are shown in SEK including 25% VAT. Base prices are in SEK; DKK prices use the current reference exchange rate and are rounded to the nearest DKK 5. For company invoice orders, prices are shown excluding VAT in accordance with Dexter’s terms and conditions.
Appointments: Work is received by appointment so photography and handling do not disrupt other production.

We select resolution and colour depth according to the original and intended use. The customer does not need to select technical settings.
Send the number of works, dimensions, material, surface, condition, framing or glazing details and clear reference images. Tell us whether the file is intended for documentation, web, marketing or print.
We assess whether the work is suitable for scanning, photographed reproduction or a specialist setup. You receive confirmation of what is included, any options, the price and estimated delivery time.
We do not begin work until the method, scope and price are confirmed. Complex or sensitive works are handled only after a separate assessment.
The price list applies to works that fit the stated boundaries and can be handled using the standard setup. Sensitive pigments, damage, heavy texture, reflections, glazing, specialist rigging, extensive retouching or other exceptions may require a separate quote.
The customer is responsible for having the right to digitise and use the artwork. Intended use and delivery specifications are confirmed in the quote.
Scanning costs SEK 250 setup, SEK 225 per work up to A4 and SEK 400 per work over A4 to A3, including VAT. A3 is therefore priced above A4 and is the largest scanning format. Photographed reproduction costs SEK 695 setup and from SEK 900 per work including VAT. For company invoice orders, prices are shown excluding VAT.
Yes. Larger works can be assessed for photographed reproduction. Scanning prices apply up to A3.
Estimated delivery time is confirmed after assessment and stated in the quote.
Include quantity, dimensions, materials, surface, framing or glazing, intended use and any requested deadline. Attach an image of the complete work and close-ups of texture, damage or reflective areas.
Describe the intended use in your request. Delivery specifications and use are confirmed in the quote. You are responsible for holding the rights required for the original artwork and intended use.
